甘肃省新能源发展战略研究

The Study of Developing New Energy Strategy for Gansu Province

本文在分析甘肃省发展新能源所具有的土地资源、自然资源、矿产资源、人力资源等优势的基础上,提出了甘肃省发展新能源的总体思路和目标及重点领域,并提出了三大基本战略:多能源协调发展战略、新能源带动战略、能源开发与环境保护和谐发展战略,最后探讨了实现战略目标的5个基本措施。

There is an opportunity of developing new energy for Gansu province ,which has many strength to developing new energy ,such as the immense area of land,natural resource,mineral products,human resource etc. This paper inquire into the developing target,gives three strategies： the jointly developing strategy of several energies,the leading developing strategy of new energy,the strategy of developing new energy together with environmental protect. Final,there are five fundamental measures been put forward.
