从教师转化能力谈教材体系向教学体系的有效转化——以高校思想政治理论课“概论”课教学为例

A Case Study of the Integration of Textbooks into the Whole Teaching System

增强思想政治理论课的有效性,思想政治理论课教师必须以教材为教学的基本遵循,在教材体系向教学体系转化上下功夫,把握好系统性和针对性、知识性和思想性、深刻性和艺术性的关系。鉴于目前转化过程中存在的问题和差距,思想政治理论课教师需要不断提高转化能力,重点提高马克思主义理论素养,拓宽知识视野,提升研究能力,完善教学艺术,真正做到融会贯通、熟练驾驭、精辟讲解。

The article tries to handle the relations of system and target,knowledge and ideology,profundity and art in transforming textbooks into part of instructional system to guarantee the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course.To tackle the issues and problems involved,it suggests that instructors be well-equipped with Marxist theory qualities,wide range of learning,desired research capability,and perfect teaching arts in an effort to learn well of the textbook,skillfully practice the instruction and incisively lecture.
