摘要
干群关系始终是党和国家十分关注的重大问题。根据浙江省的调查,对当前干群关系情况进行了分析,认为当前干群关系体现了若干积极性特征,也存在着值得警惕的因素,还有一些值得深入思考的现象。在此基础上,本报告提出了若干建议,以期望进一步加强和改进干群关系,促进社会和谐稳定。
The relationship between CPC cadres and the masses is being a widely-concerned issue vital to the progress of the CPC and the nation.The article,based on a survey in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the cadre-mass relations that reflect some positive inclinations,and certain warning and thought-provoking factors.It,thus,puts forward correspondent steps to further strengthen and improve the relations so as to enhance social harmony and stability.
