本文针对如何培养有创新实践的综合工程能力的学生,采用国际先进的CDIO工程教学理念对《工作研究与分析》进行课程改革,分析了目前课程教学中的一些问题,在此基础上,探讨了CDIO对课程教学创新的启示,并通过"基于工程项目全过程的学习",让学生以自主探索、主动实践、着重把握技术知识之间有机联系的方式来学习工程,培养学生全面的工程能力。

In order to develop students’ comprehensive engineering capability,a CDIO-based exploration is aimed at the reform of teaching the course ＂Method Study and Analysis＂.The writer adopts the concepts of the CDIO to figure out issues and problems in current course instruction,thus suggesting a ＂project-based learning＂ to allow students to learn,practice and understand engineering technology on their own initiative.
