摘要
通过对《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》相关规定的研读,结合当前的实际情况分析了《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》落实过程中图书馆所处的现状,思考了图书馆在《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》落实中该承担的责任以及面临的问题,并提出了合理的对策和建议。
The paper,based on the interpretation of ＂The Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information＂,attempts to survey public libraries’ status,commitments and challenges in implementing the Regulation.It,therefore,considers specific proposals and countermeasures involved.
