摘要
本文对部分高校图书馆推行人性化服务过程中存在的问题进行了梳理,从理论与实践相结合的角度深入剖析了各种问题产生的原因,提出了针对性的解决问题的对策。
The writer is trying to reveal the existing issues and problems with the people-centered services provided by libraries of some colleges and universities,and further considering the causes from theoretical and practical perspectives,in the hope of proposing correspondent solutions.
