摘要
文章介绍了黑色覆盖膜的性能优势和制备黑色覆盖膜常用的两种技术途径,而我司采用了黑色环氧树脂胶液搭配普通聚酰亚胺(PI)绝缘膜的方式来开发黑色覆盖膜,尤其对二氧化钛和炭黑的并用进行了深入地探讨,以此较好地解决了黑色覆盖膜所要求的黑度、遮光性和绝缘性之间的矛盾,从而获得了一种综合性能良好的黑色覆盖膜。
The performance advantages and preparation method in this article were mtroducea, On mat oasis, the black coverlay was developed by black epoxy resin vanish and general PI film, especially by the method of the simultaneous usage of TiO2 and carbon black. It solved the problem of contradiction among blackness, masking power and insulativity. As a result, excellent black coverlay was prepared.
