客运专线预应力箱梁混凝土配合比设计及质量控制

Design and Quality Control of Prestressed Box Girder Concrete Used in Special Line for Passenger

预应力箱梁混凝土比其它同强度等级的混凝土要求更高,在实际制梁过程中,除原材料质量控制更严外,混凝土配合比的优化设计及施工环节的质量控制也非常重要。该文结合武广客运专线预应力箱梁混凝土的施工,重点介绍其质量控制过程。

Compared to the other concretes in the same level,the requirements of prestressed box girder concrete are higher.In the production process,the design and quality control are also important,excepting the control of raw materials.In this paper,the design and quality control of prestressed box girder concrete that used in the special line from Wuhan to Guangzhou were introduced.
