提出了解决半钢炼钢时热量不足的问题,达到提高终点碳含量,降低转炉炼钢各项消耗指标的目的.
It is discussed that how to solve the insufficiency of heat quantity in steelmaking with semi-steel to increase the content of finishing-carbon and reduce the various consumption indexes in converter steel-making.
