摘要
开环驱动永磁同步电机相对来说接线简单,转速控制精度高,现场故障率低,因此在纺织化纤、玻璃行业有非常广泛的应用。文章介绍了丹佛斯FC300变频器开环驱动交流永磁同步电机的经验和改善开环控制精度的办法。
Permanent magnetism synchronous motor driven in an open-loop way has advantages of easy wiring,high precise speed control and fewer faults on site,so it has a wide application in the industries of textile fiber and glass.This paper introduces the application experience of Danfoss FC300 frequency converter driving PM AC motor in an open-loop way and the methods to improve the open-loop control precision.
