摘要
采用双套盆法对1年生宜昌楠幼苗进行完全不浇水(W1)、每天浇水(W2)、隔天浇水(W3)、水位位于苗木土表1/3(W4)、水位位于苗木土表1/2(W5)、水位位于苗木土表处(W6)共6个处理的水分胁迫试验,测定宜昌楠苗木的若干生理指标。结果表明:水分胁迫对供试幼苗的叶绿素有明显的影响;宜昌楠苗木的SOD活性,W1处理呈先上升后降低趋势,W2、W3处理变化不明显,W4处理9 d后出现降低,W5、W6处理在第3天后升高然后呈现下降趋势;宜昌楠体内的MDA含量W1、W2、W3处理变化不显著,W4、W5、W6处理均呈上升—下降趋势;脯氨酸含量变化趋势均为先升高后降低。综合分析表明宜昌楠具有一定的耐涝能力。
The annual seedling water stress of Phoebe zhennan yichang was made with six processing, namely: without water; daily watering; watering every other day; water mark in the basin trace of 1/3 and 1/2; all submerged. The physiological indicators of Phoebe zhennan yichang seedlings were measured after treatment. The results showed: Waterlogging stress on the tested seedlings significantly affected the chlorophyll; W1 treatment and SOD activity raised after rising, W2 and W3 did not change significantly, W4 reduced after 9d of the handling, W5 and W6 showed the trend of rising-declining after 3d; Phoebe zhennan yichang MDA content W1, W2 and W3 treatment did not change significantly, W4, W5 and W6 treatment showed the trend of rising-declining ; Change of proline content increased first and then decreased. Comprehensive analysis showed that Phoebe zhennan yichang owned a certain capaci- ty of waterlogging tolerance.
