摘要
运用TRIZ理论,从商业模式创新的标杆示范机理、路径优化机理和冲突解决机理三方面阐述商业模式构建的创新机理。在此基础上建立基于TRIZ的商业模式创新模型,并阐述了该模型的等势性、匹配性和参照性三方面性质。
This paper shows how to realize business model innovation by means of TRIZ.The author studies the mechanisms of business model innovation,and summarize 3 mechanisms,namely： Benchmarking demonstration mechanism,path optimization mechanism and contradiction resolution mechanism.On this basis,this paper set up a model of business model innovation.The model reveals features such as equipotentiality,intermateability and reference.
