The Rational Exploitation with Protection——The General Planning of Wetland Park of Old Luan River in Laoting,Tangshan

以乐亭古滦河湿地公园总体规划为依托,以生态学理论为基础,遵循地域文化,充分利用湿地强大的生态净化功能和丰富的人文内涵,寻求生态与人文和谐共生,保护与合理利用的平衡点,塑造人与自然双重美的环境。

In this paper, taking the Ancient Luan River Wetland Park Master Plan as the example, tried to find a way to create a land- scape that could meet the requirements of development of both human and nature, as well as to balance protection and rational use, for ecological and cultural harmony, by making full use of the powerful wetland eco-purifieation function and the rich cultural conno- tations, based on the ecological theory and the local culture.
