摘要
铝及铝合金电镀工艺自动线的镀槽液温度在电镀过程中是非常重要的参数,本论文对镀槽液温度控制策略进行了重点探讨。针对镀槽液温度控制具有大惯性、大滞后、具有某些不确定性的特性,采用预估模糊PID控制策略,可进一步提高电镀产品的质量。
In the aluminum and the aluminum alloy electroplate craft automatic production system,the bath solution temperature is the very important parameter,contrapose the bath solution,makes key research of temperature controlling strategy.Under the control of bath solution temperature has features of inertia,pure lag and non-determinacy,so the paper proposes the forecast fuzzy PID control strategy,in order to make it enhance the production quality.
