摘要
在高效气浮除油、多种新型过滤分离技术的基础上,利用特种阴离子交换树脂去除油田污水中成垢离子的方法,解决了油田在注水开发中管线、设备及地层存在的结垢问题,处理后水质达到油田回注要求。同时在污水处理过程中,对"三废"的有效处置和循环使用,也达到了绿色环保的要求,为油田企业做进一步的实验和推广,起到一定作用。
The article utilizes special anion exchange resin to remove the scale-forming ions of oilfield sewage on the basis of high-efficiency air-float oil removal and various new filtration and separation techniques.The method thoroughly solves the scaling problem of pipelines,equipments and stratums in the oilfield waterflooding and enables the water quality to meet the reinjection requirement.In addition,during sewage treatment,the effective treatment and recycling of the three wastes achieve the demand of green environment and it plays an important role in conducting experiments and promoting the techniques in oilfield enterprises.
