摘要
针对宝钢混铁车炉口耐材及金属件损毁严重的情况，研制了用莫来石为主原料，磷酸盐为结合剂，膨润土为塑性剂等生产的炉口热态修补料，使炉口耐材及金属件的寿命大大提高。
Aiming at the serious situation of the refractories and metal parts at the top mouth of torpedo car in
Baosteel,the hot repairing material with mullite,phosphate and bentonite as its main
material,binder and plasticity respectively,has been successfully developed,so that the life of the
refractories and metal parts has been extended.
