摘要
研究一种新型的有机复合涂层钢板（ＫＤＰＣ），它是以电镀锌（２０ｇ／ｍ２）钢板为基板，由内外两层涂层构成，内层为ＣｒＯ３Ｈ３ＰＯ４ＳｉＯ２系转化膜，外层由Ｃｒ３＋，Ｃｒ６＋，ＳｉＯ２及丙烯酸树脂涂料组成。该涂层不仅能有效地阻挡Ｈ２Ｏ，Ｏ２，Ｃｌ－对镀锌层的腐蚀，而且还能起到良好的缓蚀作用。
A new type organic composite coated steel sheet(KDPC) with the electrogalvanized steel sheet as its blank is developed.Its coating consists of two layers:the outer layer contains Cr6+,Cr3+,SiO2 and acrylic resin,and the inner layer is a conversion film formed from CrO3H3PO4SiO2 system.The result of corrosionresistance test has shown that the coating not only acts as a barrier for electrogalvanized steel sheet,preventing it from attacking by H2O,O2 and Cl-,but also has a good inhibition by compound the formation of ZnSiO3.
