摘要
研究一种新型的有机复合涂层钢板(KDPC),它是以电镀锌(20g/m2)钢板为基板,由内外两层涂层构成,内层为CrO3H3PO4SiO2系转化膜,外层由Cr3+,Cr6+,SiO2及丙烯酸树脂涂料组成。该涂层不仅能有效地阻挡H2O,O2,Cl-对镀锌层的腐蚀,而且还能起到良好的缓蚀作用。
A new type organic composite coated steel sheet(KDPC) with the electrogalvanized steel sheet as its blank is developed.Its coating consists of two layers:the outer layer contains Cr6+,Cr3+,SiO2 and acrylic resin,and the inner layer is a conversion film formed from CrO3H3PO4SiO2 system.The result of corrosionresistance test has shown that the coating not only acts as a barrier for electrogalvanized steel sheet,preventing it from attacking by H2O,O2 and Cl-,but also has a good inhibition by compound the formation of ZnSiO3.
