计算机技术在机械设备故障监测与诊断上的应用

摘要 分析了机械设备维护的现状,推崇现代的设备维护方式,利用计算机技术和振动分析技术对重要设备进行在线监测,根据设备的实际状态来进行维护。利用传感器和计算机采集原始振动信号,进行趋势分析和精密分析来判断设备状态,对设备进行科学地维护,及时诊断出了齿轮的偏心、严重磨损及轴线不平行等故障。 This paper discusses the current status of maintenance and repair of the mechanicalequipments and praises highly on the up-to-date mode of maintenance, which involves on-line monitoring of the important equipments with the computers and vibration analysis technique ,and then carrys out check and maintenance on the basis of the actual situations of the equipments. In this mode of maintenance from acquisitions of the original vibration signal, trend analysis and precise analysis are all accomplished with the help of computers and sensors so as to verify the actual situations of the equipments, find out the eccentricity and serious wear of gears and their axes in non-parallel and other malfunctions, and then take scientific measures to check and repair them.
