独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的激励机制研究

独立学院思政教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,面临着一系列的挑战。特别是母体高校的模式影响、社会环境的冲击以及自身的弱点,使独立学院思政教育面临较大困境。只有在思想政治教育中激发学生的内在激励,发挥外在激励的作用,运用各种手段创设长效机制,才能促使独立学院的思想教育工作健康开展,有效提升独立学院学生的综合素质,切实增强其培养的应用型人才的核心竞争力。

Ideological and political education in independent colleges is an indispensable part in the education of higher learning,it is currently faced with a series of challenges.Influenced by the educational patterns of the maternal university,the social environment and limitations characteristic of their own,independent colleges are confronted with great difficulties in terms of ideological and political education.Incentive policies should be made to shape a long-term driving mechanism both internally and externally to ensure ideological and political education in independent colleges.Only in this way can the overall quality of independent colleges be improved and students can be turned into application-oriented talents.
