The Features and Restrict Factors of Shifting the Rural Labour Force of Dong-xiang Nationality

甘肃民族地区农村剩余劳动力数量大、增速快,合理有效地转移农村劳动力是增加农民收入、解决甘肃"三农"问题的关键,对促进地区可持续发展、维护民族团结和社会稳定具有重要意义。以问卷调查的形式,深入分析东乡族农村劳动力转移的现状、特征及影响因素,在得出东乡族劳动力转移的一般规律后分析产生的原因,并试图探索相关解决的可行性对策建议。

As for a large number of extre rural labour force in the natioinal regions of Gan Su province,the key solution tothe ＂Three-Nong＂issue is shifting therural labour force offectively and increasing the farmers income, which is very important to the regional sustainable development and a steady society.This paper makes a further analysise to the situation,Charactors and influence of the rural labour force,and puts forward some countermeasures.
