对硫磷在聚结晶紫薄膜修饰电极上的电化学行为及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 利用循环伏安法制备了聚结晶紫薄膜修饰电极(PCVE),并将该修饰电极用于有机磷农药的测定.在0.1 mol/L的柠檬酸缓冲溶液中(pH=2.0),对硫磷的质量浓度在1.0-8.0μg/mL的范围内与还原峰电流呈良好的线性关系,r=0.998 3,检出限为9.4×10-3μg/mL.该聚结晶紫修饰电极具有良好的重现性,对含对硫磷为0.50 mg/L的试液进行平行测定10次,得到标准偏差2.1%.该法用于实际水样的测定,结果满意. The cyclic vohammetry was employed to prepare crystal violet polyethylene film modified electrode,which was used for determination of organophosphorus pesticides. In the 0. 1 mol/L citric acid buffer solution,there was an excellent linearity relationship between reduction current and concentration of parathion in the range of 1.0- 8.0 ug/mL,r = 0. 998 9,the detection limit was determined as 0. 094 mg/L. This modified electrode has good reproducibility;the standard deviation was determined as 2. 1% viaten times parallel determinations. The method was also applied to determine parathion in water sam- ples with satisfactory results.
