摘要
研究了硫酸盐还原菌在不同培养时间、pH、温度、接种量条件下的生长表现,测定了该菌种对SO2的脱除效果.结果表明:菌种的最佳培养条件为接种生物量10%、pH=7.0、温度为35℃、培养时间60 h,未经驯化的菌种对SO2的去除率最高为42.6%,经过SO2通气驯化后脱硫率有了明显提高,达到了72.5%,通过此阶段的研究,为进一步进行微生物脱硫研究提供了理论依据.
This paper studies the growth performance of Sulfate Reducing Bacteria in different culture time、pH、temperature、inoculation amount and measures the removal rate of SO2.The results shows that : the optimal culture condition of SRB is inoculation amount 10%,pH=7.0,temperature 35 ℃ and culture time 60 h,It's ablity of SO2 removal rate was 42.6% without being domesticated,but through the domestication by ventilate SO2,the removal rate had been obvously improved to 72.5%.The study provides us with the theoretical basis for further research of microbial desulfurization.
