Nd掺杂YF_3截角八面体微纳米晶体的合成与表征

摘要 通过一种简单的水热方法制备Nd掺杂YF3截角八面体微纳米晶体.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对产物的形貌和晶体结构进行表征.结果显示,利用水热法可以成功制备大量的、形貌相同的、Nd掺杂YF3截角八面体微纳米晶体.同时,简单研究了Nd掺杂YF3截角八面体微纳米晶体形成机理及光学性能. Nd-doped YF3 frustum-octahedron micro/nano has been prepared by a simple hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of the prepared products are characterized by X-ray power diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),etc.The results show that a lot of scattered(but with the same morphology) Nd-doped YF3 frustum-octahedron micro/nano can be successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.Meanwhile,the formation mechanism and optical property of Nd-doped YF3 frustum-octahedron micro/nano has been investigated.
