摘要
用数学模型的方法计算了中间包具体工艺条件下钢液的流场,在此基础上采用 Gill 法计算跟踪了夹杂物的运动轨迹,得到夹杂物颗粒上浮去除的极限尺寸。
The flow fluid of tundish in the practical process is computed by mathematical modeling,on the ground of which the moving trajectory of inclusion particles using Gill method is traced,then the limit flow out size of inclusion is gained,and the optimun condition beneficial to inclusion removal is analyzed.
