On-line collaborative stability control of power system integrated with large-scale wind farms

摘要 研究了大规模风电场接入输电系统后对并网系统暂态电压稳定性的影响以及如何通过在线协调控制提高系统电压稳定性。基于大规模风电场的弱连接、不可控性、不确定性等特点,提出了基于第三类控制和多代理信息系统的在线紧急协调机制,基于该协调机制对系统中控制装置实施紧急在线协调,使其能够有效应对大规模分布系统对并网系统电压稳定性的影响。通过一个示例系统表明,在风电场功率变化较大时,通过在线协调紧急控制机制对区域内部和邻近区域的有效协调控制,能够有效提高系统的电压稳定性,验证了该协调机制的可行性。 This paper studies the impact of large-scale wind farms on the stability of its integrated power system and demonstrates that negative impact can be eliminated effectively via the proposed on-line collaborative control of existing power system controllers in the power system. Firstly the weakly-connected, uncontrollable and unexpected characteristics of wind farms are presented that conventionally can be compensated by installing larger capacity energy storage units in the power system. The paper proposes an on-line collaborative control method based on the theory of multi-agents system and the third-category control. Online emergent collaborative control in system control device can be implemented by using the proposed method, which can reduce the impact of large scale distribution system on the voltage stability of interconnected system. A case shows that when the power of wind farms changes largely, the effectively collaborative control on inner area and adjacent area by using on-line collaborative control mechanism can enhance system voltage stability effectively. The feasibility of coordination mechanism is verified.
