摘要
子宫下段剖宫产术是解决难产最常用的方法。为了寻找更快捷、更美观、更易掌握且术后并发症更少的方法，将腹部纵切口子宫下段剖宫产进行改进。
The cesarean section in the lower part of uterus is the most usual way of treating dystocia.The operation with the median incision has been reformed and an obvious effect has been gotten for finding a quicker and more artistic way which would be easier to learn and cause fewer complications.
