摘要
对采用间断电积法、连续电积法、控制阴极电势电积法净化铜电解液的电耗和经济效益作了论述。控制阴极电势电积法较传统电积法节电60%左右,年产1万t电解铜的车间。
It is an exposition of current consumption and economic results of disconnected electrowinning, of continuous electrowinning and of electrowinning of controlling cathodic potential. In comparison with the traditional electrowinning, the electrowinning of controlling cathodic potential, its economized energy of current consumption can reach about 60%. The process of purification in a workshop that can produce electrolytic copper 10000T per year can make an economic result that reaches more than 400000RMB per year.
