康惠尔伤口护理敷料对糖尿病足疗效分析

Curative effect of Kanghui'er Dressing on diabetic foot

目的观察康惠尔伤口护理敷料在糖尿病足伤口中的治疗作用。方法对糖尿病足患者在基础治疗、一般护理的基础上,选用不同组合敷料,进行伤口换药。对照组(n=50)采用基础治疗+常规的惰性敷料进行伤口换药,治疗组(n=50)采用基础治疗+康惠尔伤口护理敷料,观察比较6～8周后的疗效。结果治疗组的糖尿病足痊愈率90%(45/50),远高于对照组痊愈率33.5%(16/50),两组差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康惠尔伤口护理敷料较常规的惰性敷料促进糖尿病足伤口愈合。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kanghui＇er Dressing on diabetic foot. Method Diabetic patients were given the dressings with different combination on the base of basic treatment and general nursing. The control group （n=50） was treated with basic treatment and routine inertia dressing and the treatment group （n=50） was treated with basic treatment and Kanghui＇er Dressing. After 6 to 8 weeks the curative effect was observed and compared. Results The cure rate of diabetic foot was 90% （45/50） in the treatment group and 33.5% （16/50） in the control group. The comparison between two groups showed a statistical significance （P0.01）. Conclusion Kanghui＇er Dressing can improve the hailing of wound of diabetic foot,and its effect is better than that of routine inertia dressing.
