血液灌流对尿毒症合并慢性肝病患者自主神经病变疗效评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价血液灌流在尿毒症合并慢性肝病患者自主神经病变中的治疗效果。方法:对36例尿毒症合并慢性肝病患者血液灌流治疗前和治疗12周后做交感神经皮肤反应分析,同时检测血液灌流治疗前后Hb、Scr、K+、Ca2+、P3+、iPTH、肝功能、NH3的变化,并加以比较。结果:血液灌流治疗后Hb、K+、Ca2+、ALB比较无明显差异;而血P3+、iPTH、ALT、AST、NH3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);交感神经皮肤电位上下肢潜伏期及振幅与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流对尿毒症合并慢性肝病患者自主神经病变治疗有效,可能与清除中分子尿毒症毒素和肝功能的改善有关。 Objective:To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion on treating autonomic dysfunction in uremic patients with chronic live disease. Methods:The sympathetic skin response test of 36 uremic patients with chronic live disease were detected and compared before and 12 weeks after hemoperfusion treatment. Hb,Scr,K ^+,Ca^2+,P^3+,iPTH,liver function,NH3 were detected and compared before and after treatment corresponding. Rusults:There were no significant difference in Hb,K^+,Ca^2+ and ALB before and after hemoperfusion,however there were significant difference in P^3+,iPTH,ALT,AST,NH3,upper and lower limbs latency and amplitude of sympathetic skin potentiao(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Hemoperfusion is effective on treating autonomic dysfunction in uremic patients with chronic live disease,the effect might be related with removing of molecular uremic toxin and improvement of liver function.
