摘要 以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体,由无机前驱体Ti(SO4)2出发,探讨了负载型二氧化钛蜂窝陶瓷载体的制备工艺。实验研究了基体预处理方式对二氧化钛负载效果的影响,结果表明,采用15%的H2O2溶液对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷基体进行预处理后,其BET(比表面积)有显著提高,达到2.179 8 m2/g;TiO2溶胶的负载率比49%的HNO3做前处理试剂时提高一倍。通过Ti(SO4)2水解胶溶制备了二氧化钛溶胶,研究了常温浸渍、超声波浸渍和水浴加热浸渍三种不同的负载方式,初步确定TiO2溶胶的负载方式为:蜂窝陶瓷经15%的双氧水预处理3 h,常温浸渍或超声波辅助浸渍,可得到具有良好结合牢度的负载型TiO2蜂窝陶瓷载体。 With the cordierite honeycomb ceramics as matrix,starting from inorganic precursor Ti(SO4)2,we probe into the preparation process of the titanium dioxide honeycomb ceramics carrier.The experiment has researched on the effect of titanium loading by matrix pretreatment,the results show that,by the pretreatment of 15% H2O2 solution for cordierite honeycomb ceramics,BET increased significantly to 2.179 8 m2 /g.The load rate of TiO2 is double than 49% HNO3 as the pretreatment reagent.Three different loading methods: room temperature impregnation,ultrasonic impregnation and water-bath heating are studied.The loading method of TiO2 sol is initially determined: pretreated in 15% H2O2 solution for 3 h,followed by the room temperature or ultrasonic-assisted impregnation,the TiO2 honeycomb ceramic carrier with a good combination of fastness could be obtained.
