摘要
对在晋宁胶磷矿浮选捕收剂中分别添加不同量的杂醇类物质PZJ进行了研究,结果表明:PZJ占捕收剂C-1混合溶液的15%时捕收性和选择性最好。另外,增加一定量的PZJ浮选速率明显增加。特别是PZJ占15%与10%相比,在0.5 min内浮选速率提高了29.63%;与不添加PZJ相比,在精矿产率相近时,精矿P2O5品位提高了2.42%,说明添加PZJ对晋宁胶磷矿浮选有利。
It was studied that various amounts of fusels PZJ were added into collphanite flotation collector. The results indicated that when dosage of PZJ is 15 % of collector C - 1 mixed solution, the effect of collection and selection of the collector was optimum. In ad- dition, floatation velocity markedly increased when a given amount of PZJ was added. Compared the dosage of 15% with the dosage of 10%, the floatation velocity increased by 29.63% during 0.5 minutes. Compared with not adding PZJ, when concentrate yields were close, the P2O3 grade of concentrate increased by 2.42%. It was illustrated that adding PZJ was favorable for collphanite flotation.
