摘要
在铝/水反应发动机的工作过程中,海水分别注入主燃烧室和补燃室,与铝颗粒燃料进行掺混和反应。研究结合颗粒随机轨道模型,考虑水液滴和铝颗粒的相变和反应,对各铝金属含量及相应最佳总水燃比下,主燃烧室和补燃室不同水量配比的情况进行了数值模拟。通过对各种情况下水的总蒸发率、铝颗粒的反应率和发动机比冲性能计算结果的比较,发现当水燃比和金属含量一定时,主燃烧室和补燃室不同水量配比存在一个最佳值。金属含量为60%、70%、80%和90%及相对应的最佳水燃比的情况下,最佳喷水量配比分别为0.67、0.70、0.76和0.80。
Usually the chamber in aluminum/water reaction motor could be divided into main and afterburning chambers.Water is sprayed into each chamber to adulterate with aluminum particles.Taking phase change and reaction between water droplet and aluminum particles into account,numerical simulation was carried out for different water distribution ratio in main and afterburning chamber by Particle Stochastic Trajectory Model.By comparison of total water evaporation rate,aluminum particle reaction rate and motor specific impulse under different condition,it is found that when water/fuel ratio and metal content is constant,there exists an optimum water distribution ratio in main and afterburning chambers.With the metal content of 60%、70%、80% and 90% and corresponding optimum water/fuel ratio,the optimum water distribution ratio is 0.67、0.70、0.76 and 0.80 respectively.
