摘要
目的探讨恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析50例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的临床资料。结果全组恶性滋养细胞肿瘤50例中,CR 30例,PR 10例,SD 5例,PD 5例,临床受益率90.0%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和脱发,且多为轻度。结论恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的治疗应以化疗为主,必要时应辅以手术治疗,可以获得较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment methods and effect of malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor.Methods The data of 50 patients with malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 50 patients,CR was observed in 30 patients,PR 10 patients,SD 5 patients,PD 5 patients,the clinical profit rate was 90.0%.The main toxicities were marrow depression,gastrointestinal reaction and alopecia;they were lower grade toxicities mostly.Conclusion The malignant gestational trophoblastic tumor can be given chemotherapy,and surgery when it is needed;satisfying effects can be achieved after reasonable treatment.
