摘要
交通宁静化作为一种交通需求管理策略,其基本思想是通过采取一系列有效措施抑制机动车需求,从而实现居住区交通的宁静化,为行人和自行车提供安全、舒适的环境。文中分析几种常见交通宁静化措施及其适用性;阐述进行交通宁静化措施影响分析的要点;探讨改善交通宁静化对路网的影响措施,并建立路网分析模型。
Traffic calming is a traffic demand management strategy,which basic idea is through a series effective measures to curb demands for motor vehicles in order to achieve a quiet residential area and provide a safe,comfortable environment for pedestrians and bicycles.This paper analyzes several common Traffic calming measures on their applicability;illustrate the main points of impact analysis of traffic calming measures;discuss analysis methods of the impacted networks by traffic calming measures and establish the traffic calming networks model.
