摘要
根据对重载列车安全影响因素的分析,按照科学性和全面性、计量性和可操作性、独立性、导向性原则,构建重载列车安全评价体系,并提出应用安全评价体系应注意的若干问题。
According to the factors affecting the safety of the train, in accordance with the scientific and comprehensive analysis, measurement and operability, independence, orientation, train security principle of evaluation index system, and put forward the application security evaluation system, several problems that should be noticed.
