黑龙江省水稻产业发展的金融支持分析

Analysis on Financial Support of Rice Industry in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省独特的地理位置为水稻种植提供优越的自然条件,作为我国主要的商品粳稻生产基地和商品稻米产地,大力发展水稻产业对黑龙江省经济发展有着深远的影响。在水稻主业发展过程中存在着政策支持力度不够、资金不足、技术水平落后等问题,制约水稻种植产业的发展。在影响水稻产业的一系列问题中,资金问题是制约其发展的关键因素。通过分析黑龙江省金融支持水稻产业中存在的问题,提出金融支持水稻产业发展对策。

The unique geographical position in Heilongjiang province, provides excellent natural conditions for rice cultivation, as China＇s major production base of commodity rice and rice-origin goods, it has a profound impact on economic development to develop rice industry in Heilongjiang province. However, lacking enough policies support and funds, technology lagged behind other issues, that restrict the development of rice industry. In a range of issues affecting the rice industry, financing is a key factor constraining their development. This paper analyzes the questions and give some support countermeasures of finance supporting rice industry in Heilongjiang province.
