摘要
以灵芝等10种真菌液体发酵液为研究对象,采用管碟法对发酵液进行抑菌作用试验,以抗生素(氯霉素)为参比,结果表明不同真菌发酵液对细菌具有不同的抑菌效果,同种真菌发酵液对不同细菌具有不同的抑菌效果。金针菇、紫芝、雷丸等真菌发酵液对大肠杆菌等革兰氏阴性菌有较强抑菌效果;赤芝的抑菌效果较低。紫芝和茶树菇真菌发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌等革兰氏阳性菌有较强抑菌效果;北虫草的抑菌效果不明显。
Ten kinds of fungi were tested for their antimicrobial activity by using the disc diffusion method. The results showed that different fermentation broth of fungi had different antibmicrobial activity to different microorganisms using chloramphenicol as control. Flammulina velutipes, Ganoderma sinense and Omphalia lapidescens Schroet showed marked antimicrobial activity to Escherichia coli, and Ganoderma lucidum exhibited low antibmicrobial activity against Escherichia coll. Ganoderma sinense and Agrocybe chaxinggu exhibited high antibmicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, and Cordyceps militaris showed no antimicrobial activity to S. aureus.
