摘要 用大孔吸附树脂对南瓜色素进行精制,并对其进行了优选;考察了南瓜色素的静态和动态吸附、不同洗脱剂对其提取效果的影响。结果表明,AB-8树脂对南瓜色素具有较高的吸附和解析能力,丙酮的静态洗脱效果较理想,色价高,且AB-8树脂重复使用30次后吸附率仅降低2.6%;通过纸层析鉴定提取得到的南瓜色素含有3种色素,其中一种是β-胡萝卜素。 The pumpkin pigment was extracted and refined from pumpkin with macroporous absorption resins and the optimal macroporous absorption resins were further selected. The effects of static absorption and dynamic adsorption of macroporous resins and various eluants on extraction efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the AB-8 macroporous resin was optimal resin and the absorption ability was only decreased by 2.6% after 30 times. The acetone has a good static absorption ability. There were three types of pigment in pigment pumpkin and β- carotene was confirmed by paper chromatographic.
