摘要
分析上游操作中NO_x的生成机理,论述各类硫酸装置NO_x的来源及控制策略,其中包括防止NO_x形成、在气体净化过程中除去、部分脱除以及选择性催化还原(SCR)。通过采取合适的措施,硫酸产品中以硝酸根计的氮氧化物含量可达到低于5 mg/m^3的典型工业硫酸标准。
Formation mechanisms of NOx in the upstream operations are analyzed and the strategies to control NO~ in sulphuric acid plants are discussed, including prevention of NOx formation, elimination in gas cleaning, partial reduction and selective catalytic reduction. The content of nitrogen oxides as nitrates in acid product will meet a typical specification of less than 5 mg/m3 for commercial grade sulphuric acid by taking appropriate measurements.
