摘要
建立基于上市公司投资者关系管理(IRM)评价体系.利用网络分析理论(ANP),考虑指标之间的相互影响与制约关系,建立了指标非线性组合关系的多指标综合评价决策模型与算法,克服了传统的层次分析方法的指标线性组合的综合评价方法的不足,增加了指标权重的可行性与合理性.通过一个应用实例分析了该方法的可行性及合理性.
The companies based on the evaluation system of investor relations management are listed.By using network analysis theory ANP,the indicators of the interaction between the relations and constraints are considered.A non-linear combination of the relationship between indicators of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation of the decision-making model and algorithms is established.The lack of traditional method in analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of a linear combination is overcome.The weight of the indicators of the feasibility and reasonableness is increased.The feasibility and reasonableness of the method are analysized by an application example.
