结合位于陆家嘴金融贸易核心区、将成为上海和全国新标志的"中国第一高楼"上海中心大厦超大超深钻孔灌注桩工程,剖析了其垂直度要求高、成孔难度大、桩端注浆控制难等施工技术特点和难点。针对该工程钻孔灌注桩的钻机就位和开孔、泥浆性能、钻进成孔、第一次清孔、钢筋笼制作、钢筋笼的安装与沉放、水下混凝土浇筑、压密注浆等主要工序阐述了其施工技术控制要点。
