摘要
无锡新区科技交流中心梅花形大跨度钢屋盖吊装施工中进行了结构特点分析、风险识别、风险评估和风险决策,从构件分段吊装、履带起重机行走路线、路基箱布置、站点加固、吊装操作和应急预案6个方面采取技术管理措施,有效地实现了风险管理。
There are some difficulties in hoist and installation of the plum blossom-shaped large-span steel roof of Wuxi New District Science & Technology Communication Center. During the construction, analysis of structure characteristics, risk discrimination, risk estimation and risk decision have been progressed. Technique and management measures have been adopted from 6 sides such as dissection hoist of trusses, route for caterpillar lift, location of roadbed boxes, strengthening of location points, operation of hoist and preparation projects for emergency. Therefore, risk management has been achieved effectively.
