摘要
以双膜理论为跌水曝气充氧的理论基础,建立氧气传质模型。借助物料衡算方程,求得采用穿孔管跌水曝气的充氧模型。结果表明,跌水后DO的质量浓度ρ是饱和DO的质量浓度ρs、初始DO的质量浓度ρ0、初始流速v0、跌水高度h的函数,而与孔径大小无关。实际检测结果与模型的偏差率在-4.24%~5.29%波动,平均偏差率仅为0.61%。
Based on the double-film theory,Oxygen transfer model of water-dropping aeration was established.by dint of mass balance equation,the formula of oxygen transfer through water-dropping aeration with perforation pipe was deduced.The model indicated that the dissolved oxygen in dropped water was the function of following parameters but relationship with the aperture of perforation pipe.The parameters included saturation DO(ρs) in different temperature,original DO(ρ0),original velocity of flow(ν0) and the height of dropping(h).The offset error rate of fact results by test and calculation results by the formula was fluctuated from-4.24% to 5.29%.And the average offset error rate was only 0.61%.
