垃圾渗滤液与城市污水同步脱氮除碳正交试验 被引量:3

SIMULTANEOUS NITROGEN AND CARBON REMOVAL OF LANDFILL LEACHATE AND URBAN WASTEWATER BY ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENT

摘要 采用倒置A2/O法同步对垃圾渗滤液与城市污水脱氮除碳。正交试验表明,水力停留时间是影响混合污水脱氮和有机物去除的控制因素;理论最优运行参数为HRT=9 h、ρ(DO)=2 mg.L-1、R=80%r、=200%,该工况下COD、NH3-N和TN的平均去除率分别为77.4%、97.2%和62.4%,出水浓度均可稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。 Using the technology of nitrogen and carbon removal in the consolidated treatment of landfill leachate and municipal wastewater by reversed A2/O process.The results showed that HRT was the key factor for nitrogen and organic removal efficiency by orthogonal experiment.In conditions of HRT is 9 h,DO 2.0 mg·L-1,R 80%,r 200%,the effect of organic and nitrogen removal achieve the optimal synchronization and the average removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN are 77.4%,97.2%and 62.4%,meanwhile the effluent concentration could steadily reached the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant A-level standard.
