摘要
以含锌硫酸废水和铁屑为原料制备铁锌混凝剂,考察了铁锌混凝剂的制备及其预处理骨明胶废水的主要影响因素。结果表明,1 L硫酸废水投加15 g铁屑,控制反应温度在30~40℃之间,反应20 min后,可制取铁锌复合混凝剂;铁锌复合混凝剂处理骨明胶废水的最佳条件为:1 L骨明胶废水投加170 mL铁锌混凝剂,用石灰乳控制pH在10.0左右,PAM的投加量为2.5 mg·L-1,骨明胶废水COD从4 692 mg·L-1降低至720 mg·L-1以下,COD去除率达到88.7%以上,大大降低了后续生物法处理骨明胶废水的进水COD负荷。
The Fe-Zn coagulant was made with Zn-containing sulfuric acid wastewater and iron scraps.The main influence factor of making Fe-Zn coagulant and the gelatin wastewater pre-treated by Using Fe-Zn coagulant were investigated.Under the conditions of iron scraps dosage 15.0 g·L-1,reaction temperature 30~40℃,reaction time 20 min,the Fe-Zn coagulant was obtained,and under the conditions of Fe-Zn coagulant dosage 170 mL·L-1,PAM dosage 2.5 mg·L-1,waster-water pH 10.0 by using lime,the best effect of gelatin wastewater treatment was obtained,and the removal of COD from the gelatin wastewater was 88.7%.Concentration of COD in the effluent water decreased from 4 692 mg·L-1 to 720 mg·L-1,then the influent water COD loadings was decreased greatly for the behind biological treatment process.
