摘要
选用农艺性状和抗性较好的川农18×川农19、川农21×川农22两个杂交组合,用修改后的"连续追肥法"首次在雅安当地成功夏繁,实现了一年两代的小麦繁种,分别获得川农18×川农19,川农21×川农22F5代自交群体,并从生物学、植物学、遗传性状的表现、抗病性遗传的角度对成都平原夏繁用于构建遗传群体的可行性进行了评价。
The progenies of hybrid Chuannong 18 × Chuannong 19 and Chuannong 21 × Chuannong 22 were tested for summer reproduction by "wheat fertilized continuously" in Ya′an,and the hybrid F5 population of Chuannong 18 × Chuannong 19 and Chuannong 21 × Chuannong 22 were produced successfully.Whether the summer reproduction in Chengdu plain could be used to construct the genetic population or not was discussed based on the characterization of biology,botany,genetics and resistance.
