三种玉米抗螟性检测方法效果比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 对玉米螟食叶级别法、显色反应法、虫粪圈法3种主要玉米抗螟性快速检测方法的效果进行了比较。结果显示,3种方法的检测结果基本一致,可用于检测实践,但少数玉米品种的检测结果有一定的出入。 Based on the two outstanding issues,the leaf-feeding level of corn borer,color reaction,frass-ring index(FRI) were compared for their effectiveness of insect resistance detection.The results showed that:the three methods are basically the same,Can be used for practical application.
