摘要
试验探讨了水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)对香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus)切花瓶插寿命的影响,结果表明,3种保鲜剂组合处理均能不同程度地增加切花的鲜重和花径,改善体内的水分状况,延缓质膜的降解,延长瓶插的寿命。其中以保鲜剂组合2%S+200mg/L8-HQ+50mg/L Al2(SO4)3+20mg/L SA的效果较好。
Test of the salicylic acid(SA) on carnation(Dianthus caryophyllus) flower vase lifespan was conducted.The results show that tree preservatives all could increase fresh weight and diameter of folwes,improve water balance,delay degradation of soluble protein,prolong vase life of cut carnation flower,the best treament was 2% S+200 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L Al2(SO4)3+20 mg/L SA.
