摘要
运用化学计量学方法,结合SPSS统计软件,对柴胡花、叶、茎、根中Ca、Mg、Na、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn8种元素进行因子分析和聚类分析研究,为大规模合理开发利用柴胡资源,以及为柴胡的药物功效学和元素的研究提供科学的依据和理论基础.
With chemometrics methods and SPSS statistical software,this paper singles out quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the trace elements in different parts of Bupleurum chinense DC.and opened a new area in comprehensive evaluation scientifically.By applying the factor analysis and cluster analysis,Ca,Mg,Na,K,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and other elements in the flower,leaf,stem and root were studied.It provided the scientific basis and theoretical basis for large-scale reasonable development and utilization of Bupleurum＇s resources Chinense DC.,drug efficacy study and trace element research.
