摘要
以青脚白羽鸡为试验材料,对其生产性能和屠宰指标进行了较详细的研究。研究结果表明,青脚白羽鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率及胸肌率分别为(90.578±0.404)%、(82.202±0.526)%、(61.708±1.019)%、(15.485±1.348)%,多数性状高于目前生产中推广品种。
This paper researches in detail on the production performance and slaughter index of the cyan-foot white-feather chicken,with this chicken as the experimental material.The research conclusions showed that,the dressed percentage,semi-eviscerated percentage,eviscerated percentage and chest muscle percentage were(90.578±0.404)%,(82.202±0.526)%,(61.708±1.019)%,(15.485±1.348)% respectively,most of which were higher than the chicken breeds currently promoted in production.
